Terms & Conditions - The Studios at Solana

Note: Seven Night Minimum Stay Required

  • Please, no children under the age of 12 years.


  • Unfortunately we don’t accept pets .


  • All guest units are non-smoking. Please be respectful of our non-smoking guests.


  • We do not allow unregistered visitors in shared areas. Please be respectful of our other guests.


  • Check-in is at 3:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. If you have a later departure, luggage storage is available


  • Reservation requirement: A 50% deposit is required to reserve a room with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival


  • Tax: 3% state & 16% federal taxes are not included in rate.


  • Parties, events & fireworks are not allowed. Quiet hours enforced between 10 pm - 9 am


  • Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-book your room. If your room is re-booked we will refund the deposit amount minus a $100 USD administration fee. Alternatively, you can elect to change your reservation dates and use the deposit amount as a credit toward the new booked dates. The credit must be used within 2 years of original dates reserved.
